Towards the end of this month(tentative date: 24th May), we will be rolling out the itsme prototype(Alpha version). This means that everyone will be able to download the itsme prototype(with a bootable ISO) and use it to create venues, organize their stories and interact with in them.
The plan is to go for a complete open release allowing the public to develop its features through extensions. At the moment we are alpha-testing the prototype and more details about the open release will be provided soon on this blog, so stay tuned.... Kindly direct all press enquiries to press@itsme.it. We are extremely thrilled to announce that itsme is an innovation selected for the Expo 2010 Shanghai, China. Getting through this far wasn't easy but we made it!!! Made it this far, but getting an award would be icing on the cake. To get this award we need your Votes.

Giorgio will give a speech at the "Karaoke or innovation", the talk show organized by Class-CNBC in collaboration with University of Milano-Bicocca. It addresses issues of 'innovation, the talent and the' youth entrepreneurship. Other speakers at the event are innovation experts, graduate entrepreneurs and potential investors.
Closing speech is by Professor Jonas Ridderstråle, the most influential thinker and author of numerous works including " Karaoke Capitalism ", which will provide its provocative vision of the future.

What a year it's been for us at itsme together with about thousands of supporters and followers. Its always fun to look back down memory lane, so, I thought I’d give you a little perspective on some of the milestones we’ve crossed in the past year and some key highlights:
