Flawed adoption strategy?
I think you have a weak point in your strategy for users adoption of itsme. In its current form your “venues” interface is set to replace the two major interfaces in Linux, GNOME and KDE, and the whole Windows shell for Windows users. To have success, you’ll need to convince users to switch away from their comfortable and known habits, and that will never happen (at least in the large scale you’ll need to survive).
