I genuinely thought that maybe it’s just me, who has a problem using PIM tools to remember important things, or maybe i am not geeky enough to use the gadgets designed to perform such functions. What didn't strike me was that maybe the programme or the gadget is not designed well enough to ease its use of getting the right information when needed; but then, I came across this paper from the researchers of MIT, written by Michael Bernstein, Max Van Kleek, and David Karger. In the paper they investigate Information scraps: How and Why Information eludes our Personal Information...
